What we sell here is a digital product (downloadable product). Immediately after your payment, a download button is set at your screen for you to download your ordered theme. Due to this fact, our company can not make a refund because there is no way for you to return what you have already downloaded.
On the other hand, We can refund on some given situation. These circumstances are as followed;
- When a downloaded plugin or theme is completely not usable. At most times, we try to fix the issue with the downloaded product but once the fix is not successful, we will automatically grant your refund request.
